Terms and Conditions for 2008

A non-refundable, $850.00 Banquet Hall Fee will be charged to each contract as a deposit. No reservation is considered firm until said deposit is received. A final menu selection, attendance count and any other requested arrangements must be finalized 30 days prior to the scheduled event at which time a 50% deposit of contracted amount is due. Full payment of remaining balance on all events is due one week prior to contract date.

Room Blocks

In order to do a guaranteed room block there must be 5 rooms blocked for a minimum of 2 nights. All accommodations in each room block will be stated on each individual contract. All rooms in a room block must be assigned and accounted for 30 days prior to the event date. Lost Arrow has accommodations ranging from $70.00 per night to $235.00.

Outside Services

Any outside services (DJ's, live bands, photographers, etc.) must provide your event coordinator with proof of liability insurance. Any outside service will not be permitted without proper insurance information. All bands and DJ's entertainment must end by 12:00 am, and all event guests must be off the premises by 12:30 am.

Room Setup, Cleanup and Decorations

Lost Arrow reserves the right to charge any group for extraordinary cleanup or damages above the normal range in a planned event. All services provided by Lost Arrow Resort, including all rentals, will be charged an 18% service charge, which covers setup and cleaning. Decorations supplied by the customer must be approved by the event coordinator. A $100.00 fee will be charged for a pre scheduled 4 hour block of time, to decorate, prior to the scheduled event. No confetti is allowed. No items affixed to walls or ceiling tiles is permitted. All candles must be in proper containers, not exposed. All decorations and personal property must be removed by 1 pm the following day. Lost Arrow Resort shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged property brought on or left on the resort premises.

Food and Beverage

In compliance with the state and liquor and health department laws and regulations, no food or beverage may be brought into any function, nor can either be removed from the premises with the exception of special event cakes. Lost Arrow Resort complies with all liquor laws. No liquor will be served to persons under the age of 21 years. All our staff is well trained to I.D. all persons who look under 30 years of age.

Cancellations

Cancellations of all banquet contracts, room blocks, individual room reservations or any other contracted events, must be made 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT OF STAY DATE. A cancellation fee will be assessed on events cancelled within 6 months, unless the event date can be rebooked with an equal or larger event. The fee is based upon the total amount of space withheld from sale and total estimated revenues contracted for.
