Lost Arrow Resort's Frequent Diner Reward Program (FDRP) was started in December of 2005 as a way to communicate with our regular guests.  Members were sent a newsletter as well as little gifts for holidays, birthdays and anniversaries.  Each month we featured a different game to play or a special member's only discount that could result in great savings or various prizes ranging from a free dessert to a free Sterling's Crest Riverboat cruise to a night's stay in one of our private Guest House suites.

Since that time we have added on a point program where each member receives 10 points per $1 spent anywhere on the resort including overnight stays, gift shoppe and restaurant purchases and any recreational activities.  These points can be accumulated and can be redeemed for a number of different rewards.

How To Join

The next time you visit Lost Arrow Resort simply stop at the front desk or ask your server or bartender for a FDRP sign up post card.  It will ask you for your name and address.  Fill out the post card and give it to your server or bartender or drop it off at the front desk. 

In about a week, you will receive a survey from us asking about your experience(s) here at the resort.  Fill out the survey and mail it back to the resort in the self-addressed, stamped envelope we provide.

Once we have received the survey, we will put together your welcome packet and mail that off to you.  The packet will include a welcome letter, the current FDRP Newsletter, your FDRP Membership Card, a list of prizes that can be redeemed with FDRP Points and a special gift from us. 

Congratulations!  Once you receive your FDRP Membership Card, you can begin taking advantage of all the special rewards and offers that come with being a member.

Membership Benefits

As an FDRP member, you can take advantage of special offers while receiving 10 points per dollar spent.  These points will be accumulated until you are ready to cash them in for exciting rewards.  As a welcome for signing up, we start every new member with a 500 point bonus.  You can also receive an additional 500 point bonus for choosing to have all of our mailings sent via e-mail; what we call going "paperless".  That's 1000 points without having stepped foot on the resort.  And as the first reward takes 1000 points, you can start redeeming right away.  Or even better, continue to accumulate your points for bigger prizes. 

In addition to the point program, each month we will feature a special game or discount that is available only to FDRP members.  In the past we have done Buy One Get One Free Breakfasts.  We have mailed all of our members a piece of a jigsaw puzzle and had a "Find The Missing Piece" game.  The member with the missing piece won a free night's stay in one of our guest houses.  Events like these happen every month and each December we have a special Appreciation Reception so all of our members have a chance to get together, and we have a chance to let them know what they mean to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do My Points Ever Expire?
No, you can continue to accumulate points until you are ready to cash them in.  Once you cash them in your point total is reset, and you can start accumulating points again.

Do I need to keep my receipts?
No, but it is in your best interest to do so in case a discrepency arises.  While we do our best to be accurate, sometimes clerical errors can happen.

What do I earn points on?
You can earn points on any dollar that you spend at the resort:  dining, lodging, recreational activities, hunts, gift shoppe purchases.  Just remember points are tallied pre-tax.

Do I get points on discounts/complimentary items?
No, we do not award points for items paid for with coupons or discounts.  Nor do we award points on items that may be given compliments of the house.

Do I need to have my card with me?
It is helpful.  Our office staff can always look up the number for you, but for the most accurate tracking of your points, presenting your FDRP Membership Card is the best way.

Does being an FDRP Member give me priority seating?
No, and as always we recommend reservations for all of our guests, including FDRP Members.

How many points do I earn?
You earn 10 points per dollar spent "pre-tax". 

Can I earn points for people that are dining with me?
Yes, but the whole table must be on one bill and presented to you.  We do not award points on separate checks.

How do I know how many points I have?
Points will be tallied quarterly, and you will be mailed a post card with your point totals at the end of each quarter.  Quarters end March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
