Reservation Requirement
All stays require a credit card to hold the room. The card will not be charged until the date of arrival. You may pay with another method upon arrival, such as cash or another credit card if desired. A credit card must be on file even for Gift Certificate use.
Holiday Weekends
Due to increased demand, all Holiday Weekends (Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day) require a 3 night stay.
The Holiday Weekend cancellation policy differs from the normal policy. Please note the difference below.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 7 days of your arrival are subject to a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of your arrival will result in the retention of your deposit.
For Holiday Weekends, cancellations received within 14 days of your arrival are subject to a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee.
For Holiday Weekends, cancellations received within 7 days of your arrival will result in the retention of your deposit.
